PLASTIC MANUFACTURING PROCESSES:

• IM: Injection Molding. (Process in which closures, orifice reducers and jars are made of.)
• IBM: Injection Blow Molding. (Process in which bottles are made of.)

Process advantages:
1. Constant gram weight on all bottles.
2. Precision on neck finish allows orifice reducer to fit properly.
3. Precision on neck finish eliminates leakage.
4. Wall thickness evenly distributed, allowing labels and silk screening to go on better and faster.
5. High volume production.
• EBM: Extrusion Blow Molding. (Process in which bottles are made of.)

Process advantages:
1. Bottle gram weight may vary acording to customers needs.
2. Wall thickness may vary acording to bottle design.
3. Low volume production for small projects.
